1. Publish at least one blog post per week.
I know this sounds silly coming from a blogger, right? Well, 2018 was a whirlwind and I took a long, long, long hiatus and I published maybe a few blog posts within the span of one year. I miss it and I can’t wait to get back to writing and publishing my ideas and thoughts.
2. Read one book per month.
Much like my long blog hiatus, I haven’t read a book in a very long time. In fact, I can’t even remember the last time I even read a book… which is absolutely sickening to me. I used to have so many books growing up that my parents made a mini library in the basement of our NJ home. I miss reading and escaping to my imagination with fictional books and expanding my knowledge with books based on true stories.
3. Workout once per week.
I know, I know…so cliché isn’t it? But, I really have to. Thanks to one of my very close friends, I was introduced to yoga recently after fighting so long to not have to go to any gyms, studios or to even work out. I hate working out, but yoga definitely works for me and I have seen a major change in my health and my body since starting it.
4. Set Monthly goals and accomplish them.
It’s so easy to forget the goals that we set or to not even set any at all. My goals can be small or large – it doesn’t matter. What does matter is that I’m setting goals and accomplishing them or getting things done. For example, I have so many to-do’s for our house and I just haven’t gotten around to doing them. But, when I do get stuff done on my to-do list, I feel better and less stressed out.
